Does Evanwood Motors accept Trade-Ins? Yes, Evanwood Motors allow you to trade in your used car Melbourne car. Discuss a trade-in with the Evanwood team when purchasing a vehicle. I have a car which is unregistered or not running. Would Evanwood Motors still take my car as a trade-in? We certainly trade cars of all conditions and allow generous trade in values even for vehicles which may be considered less than desirable in the private market. We are there to help arrange a free valuation for your car. Do you trade in Motor Bikes and other vehicles? Evanwood Motors will trade in motor bikes and all other kinds of vehicles and accessories such as caravans, horse floats, boats, jet skis, scooters and more. If in doubt, ask us! How long will it take to get my car loan approved? Usually just a few hours, however complex or difficult applications can take a few days. Once approved, original finance documents must be signed, and the supplier will be paid directly usually within 1-2 days. Why are the prices are so low? Evanwood Motors buy in volume - this means lower mark ups and lower prices. We can also provide very competitive finance packages, often better than banks will offer. Whilst under the protection of an Integrity Warranty, where can I have my car serviced and repaired? You may have your car serviced and repaired at:
  • The Evanwood Motors service department
  • A franchise dealer for the make of your car
  • A service centre approved by Integrity
    (* please note all repairs or work must first obtain approval from our claims department before commencement.)
What if I want my mechanic to service my car? Provided your mechanic or service centre operates as a registered business, is registered for GST and is listed as a service centre in the phone directory, your mechanic may carry out all regular routine services without any risk to your warranty entitlement. If I wish to sell my car whilst still under an Integrity Warranty, is the warranty transferable? Yes, all Integrity Warranties are transferable* to the new owner of the vehicle, which may improve the resale value when it's time to sell. *a transfer and administration fee applies. What happens if my car has a warranty claim whilst I'm interstate? The Integrity Warranty offers protection wherever you are in Australia. Simply have your repairer contact the Integrity Claims Department on freecall 1800 357 227, and we will communicate directly with your repairer, without the need for claim forms. We will even pay the repairer directly. How long will an Integrity Warranty cover my vehicle? You have a choice of the length of your warranty cover - either 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years, although depending on the age and mileage of your vehicle at time of purchase, some options may not be available. The Integrity Warranty is not renewable once it expires, and can only be purchased at the time you purchase a vehicle from an approved Integrity Warranty motor dealer. Are there any restrictions on mileage whilst under warranty cover ? No, all Integrity Warranties are unlimited kilometer cover. What does statutory warranty mean ? Statutory warranty applies if a car is not more than 10 years old and has been driven less than 160,000km, so it is automatically cover by statutory warranty under section 54 of the motor car traders act 1986 for the first 3 months or 5000 km after delivery, whichever occurs first. What Not cover by statutory ? A Car that is not covered by the statutory warranty under section 54 of the motor car traders Act 1986. The trader has no duty under the motor car traders act 1986 to repair or make good any defects after delivery, however Evanwood motors does offer a range of extended warranty options please feel free to discuss them with the team at Evanwood at any time
